LGBTQ+ Newton meetup at West Newton Cinema for two screenings, first, “The History of Sound,” an LGBTQ+ 1917 period romance drama of two men who meet at the Boston Conservatory and bond over a deep love of folk music, and second, “Sabbath Queen,” followed by a Q&A discussion with Director Sandi Dubowski and Professor Heather Nathans of Tufts University.
