Join or Die: Documentary Screening & Community Club Fair, May 2

Join or Die, is a film about the importance of getting involved and joining a community club or group and how the fate of America may depend on it. The documentary was inspired by legendary social scientist Robert Putnam’s research on social connection and the vital role civic engagement plays in our lives. Discover how you can turn inspiration into action by becoming part of a community.

Join us on Saturday, May 2 at 3:00 PM at West Newton Cinema, 1296 Washington Street. Purchase tickets. Following the screening, LGBTQ+ Newton will be participating in a “Community Club Fair” with other groups and organizations in the West Newton Cinema lobby from 4:30–5:30 PM.
